Order

No, you can also place an order as a guest. But, there are some perks if you have an account with us:

We accept all major credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, AMEX) and PayPal payments. We do not accept personal checks, money orders, direct bank transfers, debit card payments, or cash on delivery.
The address can not be revised manually after the order was placed, please contact us immediately and provide your correct address, the address can not be changed after the package has been shipped out.

Here, you can edit your name, birthday, password, gender, and any of your saved addresses or add a new address. If you need to change your e-mail address, please note that this request will be reviewed and approved based on your situation. Exchange & Refund / Return

We reserve the right at any time after receipt of the order to accept or decline the order, or any portion thereof, in our sole discretion, even after the Customer receives an order confirmation or after the credit card has been authorized. If the credit card has already been authorized for the purchase and the order is canceled, we will issue a credit to the original method of payment. Any cancellation made after an order has been placed, will be subject to a 10% restocking fees of total amount regardless of the time the order has been placed (even if it is just a second later) . Please note that any orders that have already been packed or shipped cannot be cancelled.
You are eligible for a full refund or exchange if we shipped you a defective, damaged or mis-shipped item. If you received a damaged item, please contact our customer service through email and attach with photos of the damaged item to service@rexdaily.com
We offer 60 days return , in case you are not happy with your purchase and wish to return an item, please contact us back.
Yes, you can get a refund if you want to cancel your order or you have received a damaged item. Please note that any product that has been shipped and received without quality problem does not qualify for a return or refund. Please see Exchange & Refund
